Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience?
No. Beginner courses start with surface preparation, tool safety, and primer compatibility. Advanced modules list their prerequisites clearly.
What tools and materials are required?
Each module includes a bill of materials with exact product categories (e.g., shellac sealer, waterborne primer) and safe substitutions by VOC class.
How do you handle safety?
We provide PPE checklists, ventilation guidance, and disposal notes. We never make health claims and avoid unsafe demonstrations.
Are certificates provided?
Yes. You’ll receive a completion certificate with documented learning outcomes and recommended next steps. It is not a state license.
How long do I keep access?
You retain course access for 12 months. Downloadable checklists and reference charts are yours to keep.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds within 7 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. After that, partial credit may be offered case-by-case.
Do you offer group pricing?
Yes. Contact us for organization plans with progress tracking and safety briefings tailored to your shop.
Can I ask instructors for feedback?
You can submit one project per module for written feedback. Response times vary but typically within five business days.
